Crushed In The Street

One fateful day in summer, Amanda was walking down the waterfront. With nothing exciting to do she had decided to tan, but fate had decided she wouldn't even make it to the beach. A sudden beam of light shot down from the sky, striking Amanda. Confused and scared, she assumed the shifting world was a result of shock. After a few minutes to clear her head, she realized that she was growing! At a rate of several feet a second, Amanda shot up above the rooftops. After only a few seconds her ascend stopped, and she now stood over 60 feet tall. Looking down at the bug sized people running from her feet, Amanda felt a violent urge bubble up in her body. She wanted to squash the pathetic things into paste, make them grovel at her heels. Not questioning her sudden dark side, she began to step forward.

A young guy whose features Amanda couldn't make out was standing in the middle of the street, in awe of the goddess looming above him. She strolled towards him, lowering her foot onto his body. As he was engulfed in the shadow of the massive sole the man's instinct finally kicked in, and he turned to run.  Amanda's sandal caught the lower half of him, and he screamed in pain as his legs were crushed into paste. Being careful with the pressure, she rolled her victim onto his back. The trapped man was forced to look up at his captor in terror as she slowly eased her foot's weight onto his body.
